If we are unable to fulfill your order, any payment received will be promptly refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse any order and shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from such refusal.

Prices
All prices exclude VAT but include shipping within the Schengen area. Additional shipping fees may apply for deliveries outside the Schengen area.

Payment
We accept payment via credit card or direct bank transfer:
Credit Card Payments: Processed securely through Stripe, ensuring the highest level of protection. We do not store payment details.
Bank Transfers: Orders will be dispatched only after full payment is received.
Delivery
We provide free delivery within the Schengen area via our trusted logistics partners. For smaller items, we may use alternative courier services.
Delivery Notes:
It is your responsibility to ensure the product can be delivered to the specified address. Challenges such as narrow corridors, steps, or limited parking may hinder delivery. In such cases, delivery may be made to the nearest accessible point, such as a garage.
Age-restricted products will not be supplied to individuals below the legal age of 18.
Delivery Limitations:
External factors such as extreme weather, road closures, or other events outside our control may impact delivery schedules. While we will do our best to minimize delays, we cannot be held liable in such circumstances.
Cancellation & Returns
If you wish to cancel your order or return a product, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
Products may be unpacked and inspected but must not be used or installed to qualify for a refund.
Products must be returned in their original packaging to receive a full refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of product return.
Faulty Products
We are committed to supplying products that meet quality and performance standards. If your product is faulty or does not meet expectations:
Notify us within 30 days to request a refund, repair, or replacement.
After 30 days and within six months, we will offer a repair or replacement unless it is disproportionate.
Beyond six months, proof of the defect’s presence at delivery is required for further action.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Strikes, riots, or acts of terrorism.
Natural disasters or severe weather conditions.
Disruptions to public or private transport or communication networks.
In such cases, our obligations are suspended until the event concludes.
Our Liability
We take full responsibility for:
Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Fraudulent misrepresentation.
Breaches of statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or Consumer Protection Act 1987.
Our liability is limited to foreseeable damages resulting directly from our breach of contract or negligence.
